All expert work is conducted in compliance with the IBA Rules on the Taking of Evidence in International Arbitration, SIAC 2025 and relevant jurisdictional rules and regulations.

Structure or Secure advisory on a matter precludes Founder appointment as Expert. Navigate advisory requires a separate Sentinel Expert practitioner.
